As a licensed social worker, I have had the opportunity and privilege to support folks as they navigate their own healing journeys. I believe that each person has the answers inside of themself to create meaningful change; my job is to guide my clients as they find these answers and teach them skills to make it a little easier. I approach therapy from a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective. I am an EMDR therapist and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in trauma, abuse, sexual violence, PTSD, and interpersonal violence. However, I also have knowledge and extensive experience working with folks facing various challenges, including life transitions, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum, self-esteem, stress, identity formation, intimacy, and sex. Additionally, I am experienced in working with LGBTQIA++, college student, sex worker, kink, polyamory, and previously incarcerated communities. It can take a lot of courage to reach out for help; I am grateful that you have taken this first step. I am looking forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals with curiosity, compassion, self-reflection, and humor.
