Session times vary and are a combination of both in-person and over the phone coaching. Clients can utilize as much or as little communication and interaction that fits into their lifestyle and finances. Life coaching aims to encourage and counsel clients on a wide variety of professional and personal hurdles. Life coaching is different from traditional therapy in that while therapy focuses on targeted behavior health interventions, coaches help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and life transitions that may cause a general lack of motivation, or not having a clear path to execute an idea. A coach helps map out your current needs or areas of improvement, identify obstacles or barriers preventing you from achieving goals or desired outcomes, and together, create a customized plan of action designed to help you get unstuck. All of our life coaches are also skilled, trained, and licensed in behavioral health counseling. These services are not covered by health insurance and are private-pay only.
