I’ve spent the last decade working in the field of behavioral health, and helping people live more fully and authentically is not only my career, but my passion. While I specialize in both trauma centered and LGBTQIA++ affirmative counseling , I also work with clients facing a wider range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. What you can expect during our therapy sessions is a relaxed, collaborative approach to forge a new path towards a more manageable life. My treatment approach and techniques center around your personal growth--exploring your current barriers, while identifying strategies to implement change. My goal is not only to assist clients in the present moment, but to help clients manage those stressors more independently in the future. When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my cat and dog and enjoying the sunshine. My space welcomes everyone, including your service animals.
